BIODIESEL
 Biodiesel is a renewable fuel made by a chemical reaction of alcohol and vegetable or animal oils, fats, or greases. Through a refinery process called transesterification, the reaction removes the glycerin -- a by-product that is not good for your engine -- which can be made into soap. Biodiesel can be used in any diesel engine in pure form or blended with petroleum diesel at any level. Even a blend of 20% bio- and 80% petroleum diesel will significantly reduce carcinogenic emissions and gases that may contribute to global warming.
We are currently developing trading/distribution partnerships with leading Biodiesel producer in South East Asia. The Palm oil based Biodiesel is available to be blended and used from April 2006.
AION is currently finalizing the acquisition of US company focusing on the distribution of Biodiesel product. The company has the strategic position in Southern California with a storage tank space where AION will move the volumes from the South East Asia to US market as well as using the facility to blend the material into B99 or B5. AION will raise $10M USD for the acquisition of the US company and plan to prepare to IPO in 2008-9.
AION has plans to acquire a Malaysian Biodiesel plant with the capacity of 200,000MT. Along with this acquisition, with new investment group, we will be investing into Palm or Jatropha plantation in Indonesia and China.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS with DEVELOPING COUNTRIES in AFRICA and SOUTH EAST ASIA
AION is currently in explorative stage of developing gas condensate project in one of the West African country with the government owned oil subsidiary. In conjunction with Korean and US partners, the project is being reviewed to build a power plant as well extractacting gas condensate to sell in the form of LPG.
AION is reviewing power plantation projects in certain region of China and Vietnam.
